The Nyos's weak spot is its climb in very weak thermals, around 0.5m/s. It is comfortable in rough air and faster than the Mentor 4 at trim and at top speed, so a B pilot flying XC in strong mountain conditions can live with that. A pilot who spends a lot of time hanging on in weak lift will feel it more.
