At the same B performance, some pilots want a wing that barely moves and simply delivers. The R-Light S suits the other kind: pilots who enjoy what comes through the risers and brakes, and want to use that response to put the wing exactly where they choose. For a pilot moving down from a comfortable low-aspect-ratio C, it gives up a little in getting into the airmass and gains a lot of passive safety. Load it at the top of the range. The test covered only the S at around 85kg, so for other sizes, fly one near max load and judge for yourself.
