Mac Para Elan 2 (24 & 26) — A Comfortable C with a Fast Trim

A pilot coming off the Elan 1 can move to the 26 without stepping up in skill, though it will probably ask for slightly more active piloting. Load the 26 close to 102kg: it cuts the pitch back on thermal entry and will probably sharpen handling that is otherwise only average. The 24 turns better and reads weak lift better, in exchange for a more dynamic character.
