Since the sizing has changed, pilots coming from the old GTO should sit in the harness before choosing rather than going by their old size label. If you're used to a seatboard harness, sitting on the back protector may feel a little less solid. If you can accept that, it's worth trying first for pilots who want both comfort and weight shift from a light harness.
